  • Stable contact performance due to (two-point contact) structure
  • Unique structure greatly improves pin durability
  • Double door structure makes it easy to insert PKG

This socket is a pinch open top BGA socket. By adopting a two contact structure, stable contact is possible.
Another advantage of two contact structure is that the scars on the solder balls are small, which reduces the impact on mounting.

In the case of this product, the product cost is relatively low because the corresponding parts are covered with the mold.
In the case of mass production with the open top BGA socket that we accept, it is often supported by a two contact structure.
Furthermore, as a feature of this product, the durability of the pin is greatly improved due to the unique structure, and the double-door structure makes it easy to insert the PKG.

It is also possible to install a separate heat sink as a measure against high heat generation, or to use ES plating as a measure against long life.
