Spring Probe Pin can be used for various type of semiconductor device such as BGA, LGA, QFN etc. We have many experience of socket use for various application (memory, server SLT, analog, mobile etc.)
Mechanical spring provides stable contact force in high/low temperature environment. In addition, we can provide unique customized design of socket (for example, high current compatible kelvin probe).
We can provide customized pin tip shape (for device side, pin tip shape, material, and plating choice, for PCB side, pin tip can be needle, crown, for example).
