Carrier Socekt

Carrier socket can handle small size PCB “carrier” for small size device such as WL-CSP in relaiability test. This carrier makes it easier to insert/ remove and carry the device manually.
Carrier PCB size is maximam 27mm size, and contact pin connect to the device through the pad on carrier. We can change pusher height (4 steps), so, 4 kinds of the thickness device can be tested with 1 socket.
We can also propose optimized heat sink design with 3D simulation technology. If you have the difficulty in insertion and removal of the small device, this carrier socket will be good fit.
