Q.I would like to consider Enplas’s test socket. What kind of information I need to provide ?
A.Please send us POD of the device. Based on it, we request the socket design discussion with you.
In order to design test socekt, we need the informaiton of IC device dimension and spec, so, please provide us POD of the device first.
Next, we would like to have your requirement on high frequency, current requirement, temperature inforamtion, socket dimention requirement and so on. Based on these conditions, Enplas will provide the test socket which fulfill customer’s expectation.
In some cases, it will be difficult to find detailed information of the device. In such case, we may request you to provide actual device sample for our socket design purpose.
