Q.I would like to consider a burn-in socket, but what information do you need?
A.First of all, please send us the drawing then have a detailed meeting based on the drawing.
In order to consider burn-in sockets, we first need information on the dimensions and specifications of the IC, so please send us the drawings.
Next, if you tell us what kind of burn-in test you would like to perform, such as high current and temperature conditions, we will propose a burn-in socket specification that is satisfactory to us.
In some cases, detailed information cannot be obtained from the drawings alone. In that case, we may ask you to send the actual product.
