Q.How do you prevent the BGA heating with the socket ?
A.Please iquire us, we have mulitple cooling solutions, such as large heatsink, etc.
There are concern that CPU and AP generate the heat by themselves. Therefore, we provide the mutlitple cooling solutions.
For the heat dissipation counter measure, we provide the socket with heatsink.
In addition, we provide the more options such as individual cool controling solutions, and socket with heat pipe.
